I'm looking for a replacement cord for the Elitedesk 800 g4 sff model. I see a lot of cords online that claim they work but appear to be just be a repackaged generic cord and they have different voltages, amperages etc

. What can I look for on the power supply or cord to ensure that it will work.  I popped it in to perplexity and it says to look for an IEC C13 cord.

Enter your PC's product number in the search window at the link below and it should provide the part number and description for the power cord you need.

HP PartSurfer

Bing/Google the part number and find a power cord that references the HP part number.

There are probably many to be found on eBay.

Otherwise, you can enter the part number in the HP parts store website and order one from there if they have it in stock.
