Product: HP Pavilion 500-368na Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi I would like to replace my DVD Drive. Can anyone advise me of any replacement models that would be suitable?  The current model is:  hp CDDVDW SH-216DB

Here is the support page for that model:

It indicates a common type CD/DVD drive available most anywhere.  As long as the drive is SATA, it should be easily replaced.  Here is an example

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827136276&ignorebbr=1&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords...

 

Or from Amazon - pick the brand that you like
