My Device
HP Pavilion 24-ca1000na Bundle AiO PC (6L2W3EA)
My keyboard has stopped working on my HP all in one device, I have a care pack. I just wanted to know whether I can purchase another keyboard and mouse from HP and use the dongle to attach it to the PC and if that would work? My current set don't have a dongle that came with the PC, so not really sure how they work!
Cheers.

The usb dongle is actually a module that plugs into the motherboard. See the image.
Check the batteries in the keyboard and mouse.
The downside of wireless keyboard and mouse is that they go through batteries so quickly.
That is why I use a wired keyboard and mouse.
