On my computer there is an NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 graphics card, it does not work well. I want to replace it with GT 710 1024mb, but when I plug it into the PCI-E slot, I have a black screen and it does not load windows. What can I do to make it work. According to the characteristics, both video cards are identical.

The Boot Enviroment of your machine is called BIOS. The GT 520 is a BIOS card. The GT 710 is UEFI. Such cards are not identical with respect to the Boot Environment.
Explanation: Your computer came with WIN 7, and BIOS. Commonly called Legacy. Such computers are not upgradeable to the newer UEFI, commonly called UEFI vBIOS.
