Still facing the same issue, 

 

Giving the following error: Windows encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device.

 

Windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them.

 

Intel(R) Management Engine Interface

This device cannot start. (Code10).

 

If you know the manufacturer of your device, you can visit their website and check the support section for drivers.

I have to reboot my system quite often because of this driver issue.

I will require a fix from HP to get this resolved.
