Just bought a new HP Envy desktop. It has a wireless keyboard. Currently the function keys are set to multimedia (i.e. pressing F2 lowers the volume). In order to get the F2 functionality for Excel, I have to press the FN key and then F2.
I would like to reverse that, so that I can just press the F2 key in Excel without having to press the FN key 1st.
Googled this a lot. The 2 answers given were a long time ago. Pressing FN and ESC didn't work. Trying to access the BIOS didn't work. Any ideas out there?

@GaryM3 , welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately, most OEM manufacturers are defaulting to the Fn + F key for their Multi-media keyboards. You may be able to change this by using a third party app. However, I am not able to make a recommendation.
