I am looking more to directly contact HP but don't know how because support links have sent me in a circle between the same 3 links. Is there an email?
My HP Envy laptop that I've had for a bit over a year has the right hinge completely broken and the screen starting to pop out in two places within the past week. I am pretty frustrated because from what I've seen, this seems to be a very common issue with this kind of laptop and it isn't very old but just out of warranty. I've had other laptops last 10+ years without hinge issues.
Serial number is [personal info removed].

Hi @EasterBells,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
I understand that this is a Hardware issue. However, the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
