i have a rx580 4gb sapphire version dual bios my pc is hp z240 when i put my bios switch to silent mode which means (switch the button to the left ) pc works fine but when i switch to performance mode ( switching it to the right side) my pc doesn't work and power button turns red and my pc does 3 long beeps and 3 short beeps (which when i looked it up it means then system take too long to initiate video image from gpu, gpu error for short.) also i have got the stock 400W psu which know is border line sufficient for my system but it should be fine. as i tried furmark and cpu burner simultaneously and nothing happend. also side note l: i tried the performance mode on another pc and it worked so I'm pretty sure my card is fine. i think it's compatibility issue. i tried updating the bios and even rolling back to previous versions didn't work. please let me know how to fix it. also i don't know if flashing a different vbios to my card would do the trick. but it's a bit of a high risk. (not really) but just a pain in the butt.
thanks in advanced
