Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0073w

So I have the HP Pavilion gaming desktop 690-0073w and it comes with a  2x SATA Power Splitter Adapter Cable. I was wondering if there was a place where I can buy a 4x SATA power splitter adapter cable or the PSU can't handle it so that's why it's only 2?

why x4?
I have a doubt, because the motherboard has three sata slots whose dvd it seems to me
So I doubt for the x4
