Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-1070m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got my pc about 10 days ago, and my SD card reader is not working at all.
Any suggestions appreciated, bearing in mind that I have only a little PC knowledge.

Your computer was sold with a warranty, which protects you from purchasing a computer with non-working parts.

If the computer is only 10 days old, contact the seller, and get them to repair it, or to replace the whole computer.
