Product: HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-p019na

SD card reader does not respond to card insertion. Previous guidance regarding the same problem advised deletion of controller from Device Manager and restart PC. I cannot recall which controller needs to be deleted to achieve the solution.

Help would be appreciated,
