I would love to find someone who is just as curious about this as I am. I bought a brand new keyboard from a Goodwill, still in the packaging. The battery tab not even pulled out. However, there were no instructions or even a quick start guide. So if this can’t be fixed I’m out $5, but would love to use this.

There was no mouse to go with it and no USB piece either to plug into the computer. The only thing it has is a small blue button on the back by the batteries that says “Connect”. I’ve tried pressing the blue connect button, holding it down for a few seconds, and holding it down for longer, but it never shows up as a Bluetooth discoverable device for any of my devices. I changed the batteries with new ones, but unfortunately there’s still no connection. There is no on/off switch or even an indicating light to show me it’s on. Just curious if there’s anything else I’m missing before I start opening it up to see how it works. Thanks.

@ErinRae

It is NOT a Bluetooth keyboard, it NEEDS USB dongle to go with it. Without a right dongle, it is useless and can stay in a bin

Regards.
