SS Drive is at capacity and I have moved everything BUT my program files - how can I free up space?  Can I upgrade the SS Drive in my HP ENVY Curved All-in-One - 34-b135se

As the Other Person indicated, your computer has a small-capacity solid-state device, as the "C:" drive-letter, and a large-capacity (2000 Gigabytes) hard-disk drive.  So, moving your "data" files from "C:" to the other drive-letter will help.

Other "clean-up" tasks can be done:

1. Windows 10 has a "Disk Cleanup" utility, to remove unneeded files. Run it twice, selecting "remove system files" for the 2nd run.

2. Look in your "Downloads" folder -- you might have large PDF files, and some "installer" files (e.g., installers for iTunes, Adobe PDF reader, and Zoom) that can be deleted, and then deleted from your "Recycle Bin". Any "important" downloads can be moved to the other disk-drive.

3. Web-browsers also "cache" pieces of web-pages that you have visited. Use the "settings" within the web-browser to delete those files.
