I want to upgrade my SSD to a new one. First of all Can I learn how many SSD slots does my laptop have? And also which SSD's are compatible with my laptop? I will buy a 2TB SSD if there is 1 slot and 1TB if there is 2 slots. Please help me about it. Thanks.

The model series has support for one M.2 NVMe Generation 4.0 SSD.
Below is the link to the service manual: HP only has the manual for the 16-s0xxx model series.
Maintenance and Service Guide Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PCModel numbers: 16-s0xxx
Chapter 1 lists the drive capacities HP offered in the model series.
The service manual (chapter 6, page 41) shows two M.2 NVMe SSD positions, but the service teardown video only shows one.
Theoretically there is no storage capacity limit to how large a capacity SSD you can install as long as the drive is single-sided.
The Crucial SSD report for the model series indicates that they sell NVMe SSDs up to 4 TB:

Personally, I like the Samsung 990 Pro Gen 4 but the Crucial drives cost less and still perform very well.
