Internal SSD Crucial MX500 1TB CT1000MX500SSD1(Z) not recognized.
If plugged into the secondary SATA channel (instead of the CD drive) causes booting issues. Im not able to access the BIOS or to any hard drive.
Same if I clone the orignal HD into the SSD. When I swap the two disk i'm not able to booth the system at all. I get a blue screen with message "Booting device not found" Hard disk unit - (3FO)
Pressing F2 to diangose the system result in a stuck system.
Tried to set up the universal driver for HDD, folowing troubleshooting guides, without any succes. At the very end i returned the SSD to the supplier but i need to change the HD now. Witch SSD is fully compliant.
Is there any protection feature against SS

Is there a compatibility issue between OS and this SATA SSD unit? I've tried with another HD and it works but i do need

This site recommends either Kingston or Samsung. Your should price it.
IMHO, go with Samsung. Their data migration software is excellent, and it is free.
