Product: Slimline S01-pF1025 se
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot determine if this Slimline has an internal SSD with one notch or two on the connector end.  I can't really figure out how to open the case short of using a sledge.

According to the product specs, your PC comes with a M.2 NVMe SSD, which would have one notch.

Here is the link to the service manual, which may help you open up the PC.
