Our church ordered a desktop for HP a while back. It was ordered with a 256 GB and 1TB SSD. For some reason HP shipped to computer with EFI, Windows and recovery partitions on the 256 GB SSD and DATA on the 1TB SSD. What is the best way to reverse this? I want EFI, Windows and recovery on the 1TB and DATA  on the 256 TB.

Pardon me for saying this, but how exactly does that make sense?

I really can't see that as a practical scheme.

Whoever comes after you for the church IT support may wonder why you did that.

It is 256 GB not TB.

There is a huge difference in their storage capacities.

The 256GB SSD would fill up rather quickly. It is a poor storage capacity for data. I am saying that from experience.

For some reason HP loaded the operating system on the 256 GB instead of the 1TB drive?!?! The 256 GB is now almost full!IMG_1155.jpeg

That is normal. The 256GB SSD is where the OS should be.

Do you happen to be storing all or most of your data on the 256GB SSD?

What percentage of the 256 GB SSD is used for virtual memory?  I would not use more than 10-15%.

Have you cleaned out your TMP or Temp folder recently?

Is your default download location on the C:/ drive? Change it to the 1TB SSD.
