HP ENVY AIO 27-B255QD
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, what is this world coming to. Situation: HP ENVY AIO 27-B255QD windows  10. I've posted on here a couple of times about changing one of the disks in my PC. The one I'm swapping out only has 256GB. I need more. Its a Samsung NVMe M.2 . The  one I'm putting in is a Samsung 970 EVO PLUS M.2 NvMe 1TB. I haven't been able to get a for sure answer. I've been asking everywhere, A friend of mine told me to call the maker of the PC, they would know. Welcome to the world of "HP's customer service" . Boy was I in for an eye opener. First thing they try and set me up with some kind of paid service called "My friend". Ok, for 60 bucks you can tell me if it is compatible? Is that how you treat your friends? Really? Keep in mind that my PC is still under warranty AND I purchased an 1 1/2 year extension on the warranty. They never explained to me when I purchased it, about it only covering hardware and not software. I paid $200.00 for a year and a half to protect my hardware from ever  breaking. I dont think ive ever broken any hardware, ever, but have needed help with software quite a few times. They  tricked me really good. But you know what? They have tricked me on a couple of issues. Now don't get me wrong, I love my ENVY. I've even upgraded the memory to 32 gigs and it runs like a champ, but I will never again purchase another HP as long as I live. It's one thing to get tricked in life but it's another thing to learn from that experience. Now, does anyone here believe this disk swap will work? The other disk in here is an HDD and has 1TB of storage. That one i'm just going to keep for storage. Anyways, now you know the rest of the story. Thank you everyone
