I just want to know that elite e233 is safe fot my eye or not? I want buy one if it is safe for my eye. I work for 5-6 hours a day in front of screen. Is it with flicker free and blue lite filter technology?

It does not say it includes blue-light filtering.
You can, if you are willing to do so, purchase a pair of reading glasses that include blue-light filter. Don't need glasses? Look for a pair that do not have any magnification or magnify at "1.00" (not strong and the magnifying effect is barely noticeable for working in front of a screen). Glasses of this type are available from many online merchants, including Amazon (if you have Amazon in your region).
I recently switched to this kind of glasses for working in front of the computer for several hours a day.
Honestly, I have spent my entire adult life (decades) in front of monitors of all kinds for hours a day - I cannot tell if the new glasses make a difference. They do seem fine and according to the technology built into the lens, it is supposed to help.
