I have a Desktop pc. Hp prodesk 600 g2. On website it is to claimed that it has 6Gbps speed in sata for ssd. But i am gonly limited to 200MBps speed. I try different files from moving to like drive c to drive to d to its ssd own partition. I am also using sata new latest cable which can provide sata Gbps means.
This motherboard has 3 sata ports . And on hp website they mentioned it has 6Gbps speed . But why my issue this exist? Should i recycle this pc? Because it is not Good option that they mentioned for fast speed . But speed is only 200. My all drivers and bios or firmware are already updated. No more option for this crazy Motherboard.

That 6gbps is the transfer rate for the SATA buss and is NOT the thruput of the storage device.
Looking at the spec here and picking the
HP 128 GB SATA 2.5 in (non-SED) Solid State Drive
gives the following thruput rates
