Screen Glitched

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-k0109
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Turned computer on this morning and saw this. only 1/4 of screen top left corner is useable.

Drew some lines to show extent of hardware glitch.

All the HP Virtual Agent told me was to go here. Zero customer support available.

HP SmartFriend's Solve My Problem has no information on its website.

How do I get this all-in-one monitor fixed ASAP?

hi

sorry, but we see an impact on the screen, it does not seem to have happened just by turning it on
what happened ?
this will not be covered, if you are under warranty
The repair can be difficult, expensive, the best would be to go to a specialist, because it is not easy to find the parts, either

Attention
A bios update is not without risk!
Be aware that if you are offered to do so, it will be at your own risk, the computer may become unusable, think about it
