Welcome to our HP Community forum!
The part number for a replacement panel is: N43487-001 "PANEL 238 FHD WITH BKL CABLE MAOK24".
Reference: https://partsurfer.hp.com/?searchtext=7Z2V1LA.
The least expensive replacement panel sells for $159 via eBay: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=N43487-001%09&_sacat=0&_from=R40&rt=nc&LH_BIN=1.
But this is assuming that the panel is the only part that needs to be replaced, and you feel up to it to do the replacement yourself. I would recommend you balance the cost/benefit of repairing your broken AIO with replacing your AIO.
If you're handy, it's possible to replace the screen yourself -but you’ll need plastic pry tools, patience, and an anti-static setup. Otherwise, consider a trusted local computer repair shop.
In any regards, here is an HP YouTube instructional video how to replace your panel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7vcu24ZTlU&t=23s&ab_channel=HPSupport.
Kind Regards,
