HP All-in-One - 24-df0167c

This has been happening for several days whenever I play Sims 4. The screen suddenly goes black and the little white power light stays on, but I can't get the screen to display anything without holding down the power button and forcing it to restart. I left it on all night a couple days ago to see if the screen would eventually turn back on by itself, and nothing; I had to force shutdown when I woke up, but the power light was still on. I took all of my mods out and repaired the game, so I know it's not the game itself, but it only seems to happen when I'm playing. I checked my reliability monitor and it says that this is a result of a hardware error named LiveKernelEvent. Not sure how to fix this. I'll include the report below:

Greetings @clarawful

Welcome to the HP Forum.

HP Drivers for your PC show four possible (Intel and AMD) MBs. So I don't know what you have.

The Event Viewer description in your post is showing an Intel graphics diagnostic kernel event. Intel graphics is integrated into your Intel CPU.

Try the Intel Driver and Support Assistant at this Site.

Regards
