Second GPU not activated

The second GPU is not active. Shown zero activity in Task.Manager->Performance. Any solutions would be appreciated.

Installed HP Support Assistant. Got this error:

«Radeon Software Warning: The version of AMD Radeon Software you have launched is not compatible with your currently installed graphics driver. There is an RX-5500 and RX-5500xt

I assume you do not have xt version

Connect monitor to one of the ports of the RX-5500 to see if it works.

I tried manually installing the Radeon RX 5500 driver but got. The Vega Graphics GPU disappeared. The RX 5500 GUP did show-up. Except graphics were very choppy. Using the AMD uninstaller got me back to the generic Windows drivers. Reinstalling radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-21.5.2-win10-64bit-may21 from AMD and I'm back to square one:
