The second GPU is not active. Shown zero activity in Task.Manager->Performance. Any solutions would be appreciated.

Installed HP Support Assistant. Got this error:

«Radeon Software Warning: The version of AMD Radeon Software you have launched is not compatible with your currently installed graphics driver. Please check your system for other versions of Radeon Software that may currently be installed. A factory reset of your Radeon Software installation is recommended. More information about this problem can be found at https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/**bleep**/pa-300.»

* The actual URL is filtered-out with **bleep** as it contains a rude word that rhymes with hag 😮

There is an RX-5500 and RX-5500xt

I assume you do not have xt version

You drivers are here

https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/graphics/radeon-rx/radeon-rx-5000-series/amd-r...

Connect monitor to one of the ports of the RX-5500 to see if it works.

let me know if there are problems.

Will do, assuming I can see the screen after the update.

Edit #2

I tried manually installing the Radeon RX 5500 driver but got. The Vega Graphics GPU disappeared. The RX 5500 GUP did show-up. Except graphics were very choppy. Using the AMD uninstaller got me back to the generic Windows drivers. Reinstalling radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-21.5.2-win10-64bit-may21 from AMD and I'm back to square one:
