Serial number not recognised on Laser printer

The serial number on my laser printer is not recognised therefore I cannot access any help within the whole HP universe, it is a total joke and ive spent 2 hours going around in circles!!!!!! unbelievably frustrating. It wont even let me select a printer issue here in order to post this onto the correct forum thread. Can a real person please contact me regarding my printer issues, please!!!!!

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Product. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

Double-check the Serial Number: Ensure that you're entering the correct serial number for your printer. Sometimes, small errors in input can confuse. As it is an alfa numeric so please zeros and Numeric 0 and a few letters as well.

To assist better:

• May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Hello, I have checked and triple checked the serial number on the back of the printer so many times now. IT IS NOT ACCEPTING IT!! I have tried using zeros instead of Os and as many different variations as I can think of and it is not working. The product model is an Express C1810W Laser printer, Manufactured in January 2015.
