Hello

Product: HP 970 Wireless Programmable Keyboard and HP Z3700 Wireless Mouse.

I am trying to get in touch with HP which isn't easy at all. First question I get when trying to contact HP is always "Give the serial number of the device". But that is just the problem. The  product serial number is not recognised by HP yet it is a HP wireless programmable keyboard (Product Number: 3Z729AA)  and I confirm that nothing has been misread or mistyped.
How can I proceed here ? Would it be possible for someone at HP to provide a direct contact so a live person could check this? I have also tried registering my HP Z3700 Mouse (Product Number: X7Q44AA) that I have purchased but I am experiencing the same issue.
Please advise.
Regards,

Hi Alden4,

Thank you for your response.

Not sure if you picked up the issue I raised in my post. The point is that I am unable to progress to contact someone because it requires a serial number as a first step. I cant get past that since it doesn't identify the serial number. Is there a direct email contact or telephone number?

Kind regards,

Ladybug2023

Hello,

I am still waiting for a response to my reply. I have not been able to get in touch with customer services. I have tried numerous times with no luck. It is impossible to get a contact email or telephone number to proceed!! How do I get in touch with HP?? Your system does not recognise the serial number of your own product!!

Could someone please get in touch??

Regards,

I have the same problem! I bought yesterday from a big specialized shop a new wireless mouse HP Z3700 and I wanted to register it here on the site since I want to have a order with all HP products I own (-ed). But the S/N is not recognized?! Are these HP products genuine or the support here is so poor that nobody has an answer for this?!? There is not even a direct contact email for for support here!

I too have the same problem. I have a HP 330 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse with S/N [personal info removed] but its not working on the support website. Are you able to help me as well?

It seems nobody is interested/or can really help! This is only a forum not a real direct support! So big company and such a poor, non-existent "support"?! Sorry, are these new HP products genuine since we cannot register them??? I am not going to buy anymore!
