@Ritik5388 That looks like a black hole, it's not growing bigger is it? And does it appear on an alternate monitor? just to confirm if this is either the monitor or the graphics card on your desktop that's showing the black circle?
If you don't have access to an alternate monitor, you may simply restart the computer and tap on F10 during a restart to access the BIOS screen, if the black circle still appears, you can be sure it's the monitor,
However, if it doesn't appear on the BIOS screen, this could be a driver issue and you may want to update the graphics card and Chipset drivers: Click here to find and download the same.
If it turns out to be a hardware issue: I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options:
follow the below steps to get started:
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Click on "Continue as guest".
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, is yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,
here's how private messages work: Click here for details.
P.S: Welcome to HP Forums! 😉
