Hello, I'd like to upgrade my graphics card and need to have 300W for the power supply as a recommendation. I've read that to find a replacement for the current PSU can't be simple because the connection to the motherboard isn't standard.
I can't find information about the PSU's form factor, any analogs with similar size and don't know what kind of pin connections does it require.
Also there are opinions that a low profile 30 W graphics card can't be a problem for the current 180W potential and there is no need to replace it.

Your HP Slim Desktop - S01-pF0006ur (7RZ69EA) as fitted with a Milton motherboard (SSID: 86E9) and a 180-watt power supply with p/n: L09029-800 / L81733-800 / L81734-800 / L70044-002 / L07658-001.
Unfortunately, there appears to be no power supply upgrade available for your desktop.
This is also confirmed here, looking at HP System Slim Desktop S01-pF0xxx Users: UserBenchmark: HP Slim Desktop S01-pF0xxx Compatible Components, where you can see that all the graphics cards can be powered with a 180-watt power supply -though the User with a GTX 1650 is pushing it: HP Slim Desktop S01-pF0xxx Performance Results - UserBenchmark.
