All my devices were working fine until I tried to connect a joystick that had previously worked to my pc and it was not being recognised. And when I open device manager I am met with this.1.
After trying to update my usb drivers uninstall and reinstalling them in the device manager menu and updating my pc I eventually attempted to update my usb input device drivers with driverhub only using windows approved drivers and suddenly my keyboard stopped working aswell (the lights turn on for a few seconds and then it turns off) and it is giving the same error now. I tried to use another keyboard and it is giving the same result. I have tried restoring my old drivers but it is giving me an installation error. I have tried adjusting many power settings and downloading hp drivers but nothing is working. I eventually ran a diagnostic in the uefi firmware settings and noticed while navigating this menu all my usb devices seemed to be working fine but as soon as I booted up my pc they stopped working. The diagnostic also gave back a problem with the usb port. I mainly confused on how it’s possible for devices to work when booting and stop working when the pc is actually booted.

What do you mean by "some of my USB devices are not recognized"?
In my opinion, you should have stayed away from driver hub and only used the drivers available from HP for your Omen PC.
I suggest not ever plugging that joystick in again!
Right-click each of those Unknown USB devices and then select and click on uninstall.

Install the Intel Chipset driver software. That should install the USB 2.0 drivers.
Install the HP Support Assistant and go to the driver section to see if there are recommended driver updates
