To be able to help you, you would need more information
If it is a keyboard / mouse kit, which was with a computer, give at least the model of the latter!
Do the other USB connected devices work?
Do you have the possibility, or already tested, the whole with another computer?
Silly question, but it happens, do not take it badly, have you changed the batteries, and tried to connect them to another usb port (on the back for example if plug in front)?

etant donné que nous somme sur la communauté Anglophone , il nous est demandé d' écrire en Anglais !
Pour pouvoir vous aider, il faudrait plus d' informations
Si c' est un kit clavier / souris, qui était avec un ordinateur , donner au moins le modèle de ce dernier !
Est ce que les autres périphériques reliés en USB fonctionnent ?
Avez vous possibilité, ou déjà testé, l' ensemble avec un autre ordinateur ?
Question idiote, mais cela arrive, ne le prenez pas mal donc, avez vous , changé les piles, et essayé de les brancher sur un autre port usb ( à l' arrière par exemple si branchez devant ) ?
