My All-in-One OmniStudio X 27 Inch stopped working completely on July 9th. I put forth a ticket to check into using the warranty which was set to expire on the 10th. They sent me a confirmation ticket on the 9th, but never got back to me. Am I just out a computer because it happened to be the day before coverage expired? If so, what is the point of having the 10th be the date if it stops working on the 9th? This is very frustrating and making me think that HP is not worth the value.

Depending on the laws at your location, the warranty starts when it was delivered.

I assume you registered it when you obtained it else the warranty starts from the day of manufacturer.
