In this scenario, You don't need to replace the motherboard. However, you may look for the graphics card which support PCI Express x16 (Gen 2.0) card, which should be compatible.
More over, while upgrading please check what is the recommended power supply for the graphics card.
If for some reason, the power supply installed on your PC does not meet the recommended power supply for the graphics card then you would need to upgrade the power supply as well.
While upgrading the power supply, please make sure you check for the form factor.
You may go through the Product specifications for more details.
I hope this information helps. Let me know if you need any further assistance. I'll be more than happy to help you.
Take care and have a great day ahead!

According to the Motherboard specifications, I see that there is One PCI Express x16 (Gen2.0) slot available on your PC.
Next thing, regarding the Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 750ti this card support PCI Express x16 (Gen 3.0)
Hence there could be a compatibility issue with the card.

Your computer has BIOS, not UEFIvBIOS. It can not be upgraded to UEFI.
The GTX 750Ti is UEFI, so it will not work, hence the beep sounds.
It you could find a GTX 660, and upgrade to 500W, PSU, you would be able to fix the issue.
