Hello, I'm using an HP wireless keyboard, the M/N on the back says SK-2060 but this website doesn't acknowledge that as a model number, so I'm not entirely sure which model number keyboard it is.
The Keyboard has been working fine for months, over a year by this point I believe. Just this morning several keys all failed on me at once, and all of them are in the same area. The o, 9, f7, and f8 keys are all non-responsive. I've read some things and thought maybe it could be a driver issue, I uninstalled my keyboard drivers and the keyboard stopped working, I re-plugged in my wireless adapter and it re-installed the drivers, and the keyboard works again. All of the broken keys still aren't working.
I don't think it's a hardware issue, none of the keys seem as if something is stuck under neath, or obstructed in any fashion. All of them were working fine just last night, now they've suddenly stopped, and all of them are in the same general area of the keyboard.
I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what went wrong, or how I might be able to fix it.
I have a new keyboard for the time being, but it's not as comfortable as the HP keyboard I've been using, and I'd like to be able to fix it if I could.
Thanks for your time reading this

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
I wasn't able to find specific information on that model keyboard, but I was able to find these. The first is a user guide which talks about battery levels -- something you should check. The second is about problems folks had trying to remove the battery cover on a similar kayboard:

Sorry that doesn't really help me, I replaced the batteries semi recently, the night before the keys stopped working actually.
I checked the website I bought the mouse and keyboard from(amazon) and it has the model number listed as
QB355AA#ABL
