590-p0076
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a 590-p0076 desktop with the sunflower motherboard that I am tinkering with. Fine technical details are almost non existent for this motherboard on the web, but what I'm looking for are the pin functions on the connector labeled lighting. This case has nothing connected to it. Hoping somebody has some inside info on it. Thanks!

@cospgsmark -- is this your computer: HP Pavilion 590-p0076 Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

Unfortunately, the hyperlink on that page for "Motherboard Specifications" does not work.

Hello
sorry, @cospgsmark  my answer, probably won't be any better than saying, that the link is not working
So hp doesn't give a lot of detail, sometimes see nothing at all

What do you have as indicator light available on the original tower?
Usually there is HDD indicator, Wifi indicator
other than that, i don't really see what it could be!

Hi thanks for trying to answer, the only light on this particular case is the power light which is part of the power button and goes through the HP proprietary front panel connector. There is no HDD light connected (factory design) and my original intent was to find out if the "lighting connector" has a HDD signal on one of the pins so I can add a HDD activity light to the case . Thanks!

Maybe by comparing other models
my old computer, have both, but it doesn't help because it is just mentioned led wifi

1x Wireless LED connector

I can not check for that of the HDD

But compared to usefulness, I don't know if it's a good thing to give it a go

@cospgsmark -- the image posted by the Other Person: c05939217.jpg (500×351) (hp.com)

labels (near the bottom-right) the lighting connector, but the image is not clear-enough for me to see any labelling on the motherboard, if there is any.

Can you take your smart-phone, and take a close-up high-resolution picture of that area of the motherboard, and post the image here, if it shows any labeling on the motherboard?
