Hello! I want to upgrade my RX 550 to RX570 or RX580, so 570/580 has interface PCI-E x16 3.0 version. I can`t find official information about PCI-E (version!) of Sunflower motherboard. I will be very grateful for this information! Or if somebody made this upgrade before - how does it work?
P.S. Sorry if i have some grammar mistakes. I`m not from eng-language country.
Thanks a lot!

You can check the PCIEx16 slot with this program. It will list version.
The Sunflower requires an HP proprietary power supply unit. The RX580 needs the 400W version as a minimum.
HP part # L0461800-800 or # 942332-001. Both are 400W proprietary units. If you want the 500W version, it is part # L05757-800.
My spreadsheet verifying this.
Thanks @Grzwacz
