Hello!

Motherboard: Hewlett-Packard HP Compaq dc7600 Small Form Factor.

Motherboard chipset: Intel Lakeport-G i945G/GC/GZ. 

BIOS: Hewlett-Packard 786D1 v01.03

Please tell me, does the motherboard support AHCI?

Can I use SDD?

I want to update the BIOS to version 1.61 Rev. A 8 July 2009.

Does that make sense?
