product name is 3ML04AA, this is identified by the Website. but when i enter the S/N its states that SN is unidentifiable or come back later. the product is made in indonisia, the stickers on the product routs the browser to some indonisian product verification web site whcih shows the SN product and that its made in HP indonisia ompany.. but no link or no Original HP holgram but product is genuin it seems only that the N is not recognised,Do you know if it takes few dats for it to be recognised like, fater the sales , the sellen need to eneter taht in to a some sort of a system for the system to recognise it?

thank you for the qucik reply...
if i clarify again, its not that i can not find the serial number. Its on the box, on the key board and mouse .
when i put this in to support assistant support assistant fails to identify it. and add to the rpoduct list.i have attched the screen shot of the same

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
We understand unable to find the serial number wireless keyboard and mouse, If its combo you find it on the keyboard. Please check on the invoices bill you find the details.
