I have tried to put my serial number into the site to get product specs but nothing pulls up. Box just turns red.

Use the product ID for parts list if that is the info you want.

for example

https://partsurfer.hp.com/?searchtext=FM066UT

 

 

You can get current specs of your system using the HP Support assistant land by running msinfo32.exe in administrator mode.
