Hello,

i've been facing this issue lately while i'm gaming where the system hibernates all of a sudden.

And i checked the event viewer logs and this is what i found.

 

The system was hibernated due to a critical thermal event.
Hibernate Time = ‎2020‎-‎08‎-‎03T13:54:39.708483300Z
ACPI Thermal Zone = \_TZ.THRM
_HOT = 373K

 

any thoughts?

If it goes off with this type of alert, it's probably overheated!
namely, if it happens with all games, more or less efficient?
At least try to adjust the graphics settings by lowering the quality of the games, to start
