problem is when adding Google Coral dual TPU m.2 card to m.2 NIC slot. System doesn't recognize it.
card chips are heating up, but no further actions. enabling/disabling m.2 options from bios doesn't affect
tested with bios versions 02.37 and 02.38

You did not state what form factor PC you have, but under each form factor's specifications, it clearly indicates...
DM:
(1) internal M.2 2230 connector for optional wireless NIC
SFF:
(1) internal M.2 WLAN (2230 connector)
MT:
(1) internal M.2 WLAN (2230 connector)
You can't install anything else in that slot but a supported M.2 Wifi adapter.
