@Praveen_M_197_3, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Do you see any light on the PC?
The green power supply light on the computer should be on. Try connecting the power cable to a different wall outlet and try again.
You may also use an alternate power cable if available.
Perform a hard reset
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Unplug all the Adapter and peripherals connected.
3) Press and hold down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds.
4) Plug-in the Adapter.
5) Try to turn on the computer.
