Was the computer actually restarting or the graphics stop outputting? I would be careful with usb hubs, I've only heard bad things frying devices hooked up to them and such. Also check and reinstall your drivers, im not real privy on the rx 550 but can it support 3 monitors? I actually downloaded a windows 10 iso and installed it on a USB then booted from that and reinstalled windows 10 to get rid of all the bloatware and reinstalled the few drivers needed.

The PSU part number is L05757-800, its a 500 watt, you don't actually need this to hook up a 8 pin card (1660/1070) because the PSU thats already installed has an 8 pin already. With that said I have my 1070 in on the 310watt with no problems as long as you don't add alot of other power draws i don't see an issue

Another user added a 1660 with no issue as well. Also when buying RAM 32gb make sure its 1.2v or else the speed will be stuck at 2133mhz, better off buying crucial just to be safe, but i found some RAM for $44 a piece for 1.2v 16gb 3200 so grabbed 2 and will test it Sunday if it works i will link.

I'm into this PC strictly for the ryzen 3700x and was cheap enough to where I could never build one as good for the price ($540). For the other PC I would never buy as you can build a 3700x PC thats wayy more versatile for the same price if you had a windows key.

$300 ryzen 7 3700x

$89motherboard(I know b550 only dual channel)

$60 PSU tower combo

$89 3200mhz 32gb RAM

$200 GPU of choice

$59 m.2 500gb

$788 and $853 after tax. And this will be future proof.

Update: RAM worked saves you about $35 at the time of writing, over the crucial 3200mhz. 16gb I bought to both clock in at 3200mhz for $44 a piece!

The computer would restart with a message Error Image. I don't know how to determine if the graphics was the cause. I will keep the USB hub in mind. I will keep the PS supply save in my bookmark incase I decide to purchase it. What about for the RTX 2060, would that even fit or should I just stick to the 1660Ti ? I am realizing that a 32inc TV isn't working out for me dealing with audio delays and having to switch back and forth. Hopefully that could help towards lowering power consumption and instead will use two monitors. I was hoping that my laptop 16gb RAM can be use on the desktop, but read about So-DIMM and the one you recommended. I guess LAPTOP and DESKTOP doesn't use the same RAM.

Mobile Intel HM370 Chipset
32GB max offering / 2666MHz DDR4, dual-channel capable,
two DDR4 SO-DIMM sockets

But I decided to purchase the 2 x 16gb of the one you recommended and as well as 2 x16gb CRUCIAL brand for my lenovo gaming laptop. If you have any advise regarding installing the RAM to the desktop since it's 3200Mhz, aside from plug and play I would be interested.

The 2060s linked are both shorter in length and height than my mini 1070 mini, my GPU uses 150w, the 2060 uses 160w, should be no issue if you don't overclock and use stock voltage. With that said my case did touch the cables for my 1070 but 2060 is much shorter so no problems.

The RAM is native 1.2v 3200mhz so it will just work, if it was 1.35v you would have problems, plug and play it will work.

I was able to replace the 8gb to a 32gb RAM without any issues. Added an old 1TB HDD since it was already open as well. I will put a hold on installing a more current GPU until I actually feel the need to. For the time being, I will continue to use my laptop for gaming needs, thanks a bunch brother.

Maybe during BF, I can find a really good deal on GPU.
