TAMPA 2 vs ssd

hi,

the Tampa 2 motherboard is compatible with the ssd memories:

Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2 pci gen3.0

Samsung Memories MZ-V8P2T0B 980 PRO pci gen 4.0

or do you need an adapter?

if both have the correct standard, but it's just the problem of gen 3 or 4, it shouldn't be a problem, no adapter needed
on the other hand, the gen 4 will not be at the maximum performance, that's all
