hi

if it is not compatible there is not much you can do
A risky bios update, not guaranteed to work

If I understand correctly you have two indication on the motherboard?

This model can be from this series,

HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-1000a

so just

Motherboard Specifications, Erica3

check in bios

  • HP name: Erica3
  • SSID: 87D6

or from this series

HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-1000i

It may not change much, but not found version 5 here

[edit]

Motherboard Specifications, Erica5

  • HP name: Erica5
  • SSID: 87D7

  • TDP: up to 65 W
  • Socket type: LGA 1200
  • Motherboard supports the following processor upgrades:
    Processor
    TDP
AMD Ryzen 3 4300G (Renoir) 3.8 GHz Base frequency, up to 4.0 GHz maximum boost clock, 4 MB L3 cache, and 4 cores
    65 W
AMD Ryzen 5 4600G (Renoir) 3.7 GHz Base frequency, up to 4.2 GHz maximum boost clock, 8 MB L3 cache, and 6 cores

AMD Ryzen 7 4700G (Renoir) 3.6 GHz Base frequency, up to 4.4 GHz maximum boost clock, 8 MB L3 cache, and 8 cores

Even if it was this, I think it will not change your problem and my answer!
