I am planning to upgrade my PC, but I want to know which SMPS/PUS will be suitable for my PC case. 
or atleast  let me know the dimensions of my powersupply. Please i want to upgrade to 550w

Based on cross-compatibility features, you'll have the following power supply upgrade possibilities, the larger-sized 500-watt power supply with p/n: L05757-800 or the smaller-sized 500-watt unit (like your 310-watt PSU) with p/n: 901759-013, or the larger-sized 650-watt unit, with p/n: L57253-003 / L36049-003.

Each of these power supplies will fit in your case.

Yea, that is the challenge: finding a way to purchase any of these power supplies in your country.

I don't know if you could order merchandize via eBay-US, such as this smaller-sized (p/n: 901759-013) 500-watt power supply: New For HP ENVY Desktop - 795-0003UR 901759-013 Power Supply PSU 500W Silver USA | eBay.

Other than this, you'll have to figure out yourself what (import) purchase options are available to you.
