Microsoft Windows 11

On the Specifications for the TP01-2096;  318G8AA;  it calls out the Erica6 motherboard.  Upon opening the box the Motherboard clearly says 2020 and Erica3_Erica5.   This was just purchased allegedly as new.   Did I get an old unit?

if so, according to hp, you could not have this processor
So far, I can't remember exactly if this has ever been tested, with success, although some discussion about different models and compatible processors

Thanks for replying.  The TP01-2096 does specific Erica6 on that spec sheet link you posted.

eccoing_0-1673117722827.png

The image you posted, presumably of the L56021-605 is not labelled as Erica6 but rather Erica3_Erica5.  See zoomed in view.

eccoing_1-1673117842569.png

Can you confirm that the image was meant to correspond to the Erica6 motherboard as this?

L56021-605
ASSY,MBD, Erica6, AMD Cezanne PROM,WIN

Unfortunately the barcode tag is to blurry to make out the part number on it.

Thanks.

yes @eccoing

that is what I am saying
information from hp parts indicates an erica 6 motherboard
the photo given there, we can see the same thing that you indicate on yours
but I can't know what hp uses as an image here

https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=318G8AA
Do you have the reference on your motherboard, and check the SSID as mentioned @eccoing ?
