Z840
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The product guide: http://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/getpdf.aspx/c04400043.pdf?ver=29

for the Z840 workstation specifically states on page 23:

Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 1.2 (Infineon SLB 9660).  Common Criteria EAL4+ Certified. Upgradable to TPM 2.0 through Firmware v5.51 upgrade (Infineon SLB9665).  Convertible to FIPS 140-2 Certified mode.  (TPM 2.0 is not available for Win 7 32-bit.). When the SLB 9660 is converted (via Firmware v5.51) to TPM 2.0 mode then it is renamed as SLB 9665.  Once converted to TPM2.0 the SLB9665 is CC EAL4+ certified.

You have not released the TPM update for the Infineon SLB 9660 chip for this or any other device as advertised.  You have not redacted the update as not available.  The Haswell chipset supports it.  There are other PC vendors that have released the TPM update for this chipset and TPM chip.  The only difference between the 9660 and the 9665 chip is the paint on the chip and the firmware that has not been released to the customers.

The manufacturer of the chip supports it: http://csrc.nist.gov/groups/STM/cmvp/documents/140-1/140sp/140sp2556.pdf
