Hi,
I own a HP Pavilion AMD. My TMP 2.0 show a version 3.94.0.5. I playing COD that requires a TMP version 3.x.2.x.
I updated the latest BIOs on support site but didn't work. Could you please provide me a BIOS update that includes the right TMP firmware version.

Hi @Hildors,
Thank you for getting back.
Please wait for the next BIOS update, as that’s the only way the correct TPM version will be delivered. In the meantime, keep HP Support Assistant installed so you’ll get notified as soon as the update is released.
Best Regards,

Hi @Hildors,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out!
Let's go step by step with the exact sequence you outlined so you can reinitialize the TPM and Secure Boot properly on your HP Pavilion AMD system:
Enter BIOS. Boot the PC → press F10 to enter BIOS.
Disable TPM
Set TPM State to Disabled.
Set Clear TPM to Yes.
Press F10 to save, then shut down and power on again.
Enable Secure Boot with factory keys
Press F10 to enter BIOS again.
Apply Load HP Factory Default Keys.
Set Secure Boot to Enabled.
Press F10 to save, then shut down and power on again.
Re‑enable TPM
Press F10 to enter BIOS once more.
Set TPM State to Enabled.
Set Clear TPM to No.
Press F10 to save, then shut down and power on again.
Verify in Windows
Once back in Windows, run msinfo32.
Confirm Secure Boot State: ON.
TPM should show as present, enabled, activated, and ready.
This sequence temporarily disables TPM, enables Secure Boot so the platform keys get enrolled, and then re‑enables TPM. A restart is required between each step to ensure the settings are applied correctly.
I hope this helps
Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀
Best regards,
Kuroi_Kenshi

Hi,
Unfortunately this solution didn’t work for me. Is there any way you can fix a BIOS update or any other solution?
When I enter BIOS in Security there’s a option (restore security settings to factory defaults) could that actually be a solution for the TPM?
I had problem with my BIOS update for like 4 years ago, I accidentally turn off the PC during the update and got blue screen but I fixed it with a recovery usb drive. There even was error messages popping up when I started the PC after the fix but I also fixed it. I was thinking maybe I have to reset security to factory?
