The GT 710 graphics card installed in my computer was overheating, so I wanted to install a fan for this and I placed the 3 Pin, 12V, 8 CM fan in the house, everything was great, then the computer started up smoothly, but the fan was not spinning, thinking that the fan was broken, I tried it on another computer and the fan worked fine on that computer. Then, thinking maybe it is incompatible, I ordered another fan and tried it, it didn't work on my computer when I just ordered it, I took it to the computer shop and it couldn't find anything useful, the input I tried to plug in is like the photo I'll add below, it says "HSENSE" next to the fan input, normally I expect it to write SYS_FAN or something. Since I know this case is SFF, I thought it was normal please can someone explain where am I doing wrong?
entry with "HSENSE" next to it

HSENSE is Hood sensor.
It is a sensor that detects when a PC has been opened. The connector will not work with a fan.

Thank you for responding and clarifying the situation, I was running the fan I had with 5V power via usb without cutting the 3 pin cable end and when you said this, I came up with an idea. Does this hood sensor contain any 2 pins of + and -12V of the 3 pin input you call? Maybe I can cancel the yellow cable for speed control (I don't need the motherboard to see this fan anyway) and run it with 12V power only through the black (-) and red (+) cable, I would be very happy if you could help.

No. It does not.
The HSENSE pins are connected to a switch.

The problem with installing an additional fan is that:
The motherboard does not have an additional SYS Fan port and the PSU does not have an available Molex power connector for you to connect an additional fan to.
The PSU problem you are facing is that it is a proprietary style and not meant to supply power to any additional devices. Have you noticed that there are no extra connectors on the PSU that are not in use.
I suggest that you clean the fan blades on the existing fan and remove and redo the thermal paste for the processor.
