Any of those NVME drives will do the job. I have installed ADATA drives with great success.
I don't know if you have installed a graphics card. If not, and you are not planning on doing this, you can get a PCIe /M.2 adapter (Link). The adapter should give full PCIe 3.0x4 data transfer rates if the Lubin MB is limited to x2.
This is not necessary and installing an adapter would prevent you from installing a discrete graphics card.
It would be very hard to discern the data transfer rate differences between x2 or x4 unless you run benchmark software.
Anyway, another forum member did this and determined the NVME SSD installed in a riser card is also bootable when the motherboard (the Lubin supports NVME boot devices) supports NVME storage devices.
